Abstract

What is the relationship between personal performance and the success and failure in a political executive career? This panel explores the degree to which pre-political careers, as well as the changing dynamics of political careers affect performance and vice-versa. Developments for theory and method are reviewed and considered in order to set the stage for continuing research in this area of research
