Roxana Radu is an Associate Professor of Digital Technologies and Public Policy and a Hugh Price Fellow at Jesus College, University of Oxford. Roxana holds a PhD (summa cum laude) in International Relations from the Geneva Graduate Institute and an MA (Honours) in Political Science from the Central European University.

Her research focuses on the governance of technology and internet-related policymaking. She is the author of the monograph Negotiating Internet Governance (Oxford University Press, 2019), inspired by her work with the diplomatic community in Geneva, Switzerland. She often advises governments and international organisations on digital governance issues and currently serves on the Advisory Group of the EU Cybersecurity Agency. Since January 2023, she is the elected Chair of the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet).

Juan David Gutiérrez is an Associate Professor at the Government School of Universidad de los Andes, Colombia, where he teaches and investigates public policy, public management, and artificial intelligence. He holds a PhD in public policy from University of Oxford. He is a member of the Group of Experts of the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) where he co-leads the Sandbox for Responsible AI Procurement Project. For over fifteen years, he has provided expert advice on law and policy to governments of Latin America and the Caribbean, multilateral organizations (such as UNESCO, APEC and IADB) and civil society organizations (such as Ford Foundation and NRGI).

Stefan Larsson is a senior lecturer and Associate Professor in Technology and Social Change at Lund University, Sweden, Department of Technology and Society. He is a lawyer and socio-legal researcher that holds a PhD in Sociology of Law as well as a PhD in Spatial Planning. He leads a multidisciplinary research group that focuses on issues of trust and transparency and the socio-legal impact of autonomous and AI-driven technologies in various domains, such as on consumer markets, in the public sector, for health and social robotics.

Anna Jobin is a Senior Researcher at the Human-IST Institute at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. She has a multidisciplinary background in sociology, economics, and information management. A fervent advocate of connected thinking, Jobin has been elected as an inaugural member of the Swiss Young Academy. She is also an advisory member at the Centre for Media, Communication and Information Research (ZeMKI) of the University of Bremen, and an associate member of the Sciences and Technologies Laboratory of Lausanne University.

Inga Ulnicane has an interdisciplinary expertise in the field of politics, policy and governance of science, technology and innovation. She has published extensively on topics such as governance of emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence, research and innovation policy, Grand societal challenges and Responsible Research and Innovation. Her research has appeared in journals such as Policy and Society, Journal of Responsible Innovation, Science and Public Policy. In addition to academic research, she has prepared commissioned reports for the European Parliament and European Commission. She is at the University of Birmingham and holds an honorary appointment at De Montfort University, Leicester. Together with Tero Erkkilä, she edited the special issue 'Politics and Policy of Artificial Intelligence' published in Review of Policy Research.
