6th Conference of the ECPR Standing Group on Parliaments

The 6^th Conference of our Standing Group on Parliaments, hosted virtually from 1– 2 July,  gathered over 150 scholars worldwide – at all stages of their career – to showcase and explore the best of research in the field of legislatures,  across 19 Panels of Papers. 

Away from the hectic bustle of large-scale conferences, this biennial event offered an inspiring and engaging platform for in-depth discussions and fruitful networking.

About the Standing Group

Our Standing Group on Parliaments aims to promote comparative research and theory-building on the institutionalisation, capacity, operation, and performance of legislatures and the dissemination of such research. It is both the starting point for those interested in studying legislatures and the meeting point for existing scholars in the field. The Standing Group brings together scholars dedicated to the study of legislatures, including but not limited to parliaments and congresses, across the world.
